Role Overview:

The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Assembly team within the Davimac Group. The role is responsible for managing the team and coordinating all departmental tasks. The role will require the individual to undertake ‘hands-on’ duties as a member of the team. The role of Team Leader is fast-paced and highly varied; daily tasks are self-directed under the supervision of the Production Manager.

Perform work as per the job sheets.
Pay close attention to detail.
Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning and decision making.
Excellent communication skills.
Effective time management and works efficiently.
Ability to self-manage workload.
Preferred: Relevant trade certification
Preferred: Demonstrated experience leading a team
