Better coordination between teams
Clearer accountability across managers
Improved execution against business priorities
Stronger commercial and operational discipline
About you:
You are a practical, actions focussed leader who knows how to get a business moving in the right direction through people and structure. You will ideally bring:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role
Strong ability to lead across multiple business functions
Experience building accountability, reporting rhythms and KPI disciplines
Sound commercial judgement and understanding of business performance
Strong communication and people leadership skills
