Role Overview:
The position of Human Resources and Compliance Co-ordinator is offered as a 10 month maximum term position covering maternity leave. The role is flexible as full time or part time for the right candidate.
The Human Resources and Compliance Co-ordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources activities of the Group, ensuring recruitment needs across the Group are met and coordinating the compliance schedule of the Group. The Co-ordinator prioritises best practice in all areas of Human Resources, Recruitment, WHS and Compliance.
Key Accountabilities:
Timely and engaging recruitment activities
Prioritise onboarding activities that strongly promote the Davimac culture
Coordinate all activities within the Group compliance calendar
Seek additional best practice opportunities across the portfolio
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources functions of the Group
