ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive Davimac Group’s growth strategy and lead our national dealer network across the agricultural machinery sector. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on relationship management — ideal for a commercially astute, technically minded professional who thrives on building partnerships and achieving results.
You’ll oversee and drive all aspects of sales and dealer engagement, ensuring our customers experience exceptional service from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support. You’ll also play a key role in shaping product direction, providing insights to the Design and Production teams to align future innovations with market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with our national dealer network to drive sustainable market share growth.
Lead customer engagement strategies and oversee sales performance and service delivery.
Plan and facilitate promotional events, field days, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, Finance) to ensure quality, timelines, and sales targets are achieved.
Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform product development and strategy.
Manage the sales pipeline and CRM to deliver accurate forecasting and reporting.
Provide technical support and product expertise to both dealers and customers.
About You:
You are a results-driven leader with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for the agricultural machinery industry. You thrive in building partnerships, leading teams, and delivering measurable outcomes.
To be successful, you will have:
5+ years’ experience in sales or business development, ideally within agricultural or industrial equipment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple functions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Technical understanding of machinery and equipment operation.
Proven organisational and problem-solving ability.
A proactive, hands-on approach to delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
