Parts Administrator
Position type: Full Time (38hr/wk)
Location: Agrowplow, Molong NSW
Supervisor: General Manager
Probation: 6 months
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Administrator to join our fast-paced team. Reporting to the Parts and Procurement Manager, you will be the backbone of our spare parts sales and administration. This is a highly varied, self-directed role that ensures incoming orders, shipping, and customer relations operate to our high standards.
While not essential, a background in agriculture or experience working with farm machinery will be highly regarded in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration: Manage quoting, invoicing, and payment processing for parts orders.
Customer Support: Assist clients and dealers with spare parts enquiries via phone and email.
Technical Support: Use manuals and assembly drawings to help identify the correct parts for orders.
Systems Management: Maintain accurate customer and inventory data.
Logistics & Warehouse Support: Assist with picking parts when needed. Coordinate shipping and reconcile freight.
Warranty & Returns: Administer workflows for supplier returns and warranty invoicing.
General Administration: Manage reception, visitor greetings, and provide support to the Marketing and Parts managers.
Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative or parts-related role.
Industry Knowledge: A background in agriculture is a significant advantage.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealer and customer engagement.
Autonomy: Strong time management skills and the ability to self-manage a busy workload.
Team Spirit: A strong team focus and a willing "can-do" attitude.
